How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days, while Rest of World (ROW) orders can take 10-21 business days depending on your local customs processing.
What happens if my miniatures arrive damaged or with missing parts?
We take great pride in our quality control, but if you encounter an issue, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the defect for a free replacement.
Do you offer international tracking for ROW orders?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
For US orders, sales tax is calculated at checkout. For ROW orders, please be aware that your country may apply import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
